Constantine Kafkalides MD

Constantine A. Kafkalides MD, after completing his studies as an electrical and mechanical engineer at the Technical University of Athens, worked for the Civil Aviation Authority in aviation electronics. While working, he completed his studies in Medicine at the University of Ioannina, Greece, and after he specialized in Aviation Medicine at Veterans Hospital 251. Until his retirement in 2011 he was appointed as Head of the aeromedical section responsible for medical fitness of pilots. He now spends half of the year on Patmos Island with his wife, and offers his help as an homeopath physician to local people free of charge.
