Jerald Goldstein

Jerald has been involved in higher education both in the United States and in Germany. Besides public speaking, he has taught writing, comparative literature, English and German for several universities, including Rutgers, The New School, NYU, Princeton, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the Johannes-Gutenberg Universität in Mainz, Germany. He has also taught as a consultant for the Office of Personnel Management, The Graduate School of the Department of Agriculture, as well as in corporate settings.

Although Jerald has been an academician for most of his career, he also served in the United States Air Force as a pilot and had a tour of duty in Southeast Asia. Besides flying occasionally, Jerald plays both racquetball and squash.

His most recent book "Wallowing in Mediocrity or Rising Above the Dismal State of Education" will be published early November 2021.
