Richard Allen

Richard was born in Bath, England and subsequently lived and worked in the city of Bristol as a police officer, initially with the Bristol Constabulary then the amalgamated Avon & Somerset force retiring after 30 years as a Superintendent. During his career he served with the Vice Squad, Drug Squad, CID and Special Branch. Richard joined the Gloucestershire Constabulary as the civilian Head of Training until 2002 when he joined an Anglo-Australian consultancy, finally retiring to Dorset in 2012.
