Melissa Wolf, MD, received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1996 and a medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo in 2000. She then completed residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve. Following residency, she worked as an obstetrics and gynecology physician in rural Tooele, Utah as part of the National Health Service Corps Scholarship Program. In 2008, Dr. Wolf joined Bozeman Health Women’s Specialists where she specializes in general women’s health, pregnancy care, and female surgery including vaginal hysterectomy. She completed additional post graduate study in health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is also a licensed massage therapist in Montana. Dr. Wolf has worked extensively with underserved populations through international assignments with Doctors Without Borders as well as locum tenens assignments in critical access hospitals across Montana. In 2012 she published a humorous and informative women’s health book: Do You Have a Tipped Uterus? 69 Things Your Gynecologist Wishes You Knew. Dr. Wolf has professional speaking experience, has been featured on Discovery Health’s Babies: Special Delivery and on Medscape. She is also a marathon runner and in 2013 completed the Ironman Coeur d’Alene triathlon.
