Greg Miller

Greg Miller began his career on active duty in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, he spent several years as an entrepreneur running a small business. Taking advantage of the exploding technology segment, Greg acquired an undergraduate degree in technology and later an MBA.

He joined CrossCom in 1997, and worked through successive leadership positions to become the President and CEO. Under his leadership, CrossCom has evolved into a market leader through process efficiency, technology innovation and rigorous execution. Greg has also completed a management buyout and multiple acquisitions by raising private equity to further secure the company’s opportunity for long-term sustainable growth.

Greg subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. In addition to his CEO responsibilities, Greg is currently a professor at The Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame teaching courses in Social Entrepreneurship and Leadership and Decision Making.

Synthesizing lessons offered by life, business, and academia, Greg feels strongly that a blueprint detailing a disciplined lifestyle of self-improvement, aided by an objective assessment tool, could help many people reach their life goals. While there are many self-improvement books are targeted at aspiring business leaders, there are scarce resources assisting individuals striving for their definition of success on their terms. He is excited to collaborate and bring this blueprint to reality.
