Fabio Venosini

"Writing is sculpting: above all, you have to take away, with a goal in mind and a touch of irony in your fingers." (B. Severgnini)

Fabio Venosini, born in Rome in 1971, made his debut in 2017 with the short story collection "Nel buio" ("In the Dark"), followed a few months later by the novel "Tutto per caso" ("All by Chance"). In 2020 he won the eighth edition of the Premio Nazionale Letteratura Italiana Contemporanea (National Award for Contemporary Italian Literature) with the novel "Loro" ("Them"), later published by Laura Capone Editore.

In the years that followed, his work has received numerous accolades in national and international literary competitions.
