Guilherme Motta, CSM, CSP, SAFe SA, PSM I, ISQTB-CTFL, currently working as Technology Coordinator at Globo.com and Lecturer on the Post Graduation degree in Agile Software Development at UniRitter Laureate Universities.
Motta has been working with Agile adoptions and transformations before the hype of being an Agile Coach. With a technical background, has been building teams and working towards creating better environments for individuals and teams to work and grow while promoting experiments based on previous experiences with Lean and software engineering practices.
Motta has helped companies structure and execute Agile transformation plans from the strategic level all the way to operationalizing them with individuals and teams.
Motta has been studying, practicing and sharing experiences around management and in the software development field. Has worked with companies from retail, media, energy and finance industries.
Currently serving as Vice-President at Agile Alliance Brazil, volunteer organizer at Agile Brazil conference, volunteer coordinator at The Developer's Conference and a member of GUMA-RS the local user group dedicated to discuss Agile Methods.
Motta is certified by Scrum Alliance as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Also certified PSM I by Scrum.org and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) by International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB®). Motta graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul with a B.S. Information Systems and has a MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in Strategic IT Management.
