Harley Biala

Harley Biala is a Filipino author of literary and contemporary fiction based in Canada. His work is marked by introspective prose, sensory detail, and an interest in memory, migration, identity, and emotional interiority.

His novel When Blue Turns Yellow received an International Impact Book Award (2025). He is currently outlining new literary fiction projects.
