Olubode is a Jamaican born lawyer and Master Coach for creatives, entrepreneurs and change-makers.
He is the founder of BLOOM Education where he works with leaders to deliver their gifts while keeping themselves well and growing. Olubode left his country in 1984 at the age of 24 wounded by a sense of loneliness, invisibility and irrelevance. When his life fell apart in New York City, he left the practice of law and decided to follow his instinct to be more creative: to be an artist, to bring people together, and to go deeper into his quest for an authentic life. During his healing journey he spent many years, with many teachers uncovering a hidden elemental blueprint for creating a life that blooms. These insights are the basis of the Philosophy of BLOOMING that underpins his work. Today, he is a valued thought-leader, author and the founder of a global community of creatives and visionaries called BLOOM.
