Glen Binger is a writer, teacher, coach, and lifelong student. He's the author of several books, including HEAD GAMES, STORIES BY THE SEA, THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW, and FIGMENT, and he is the founder/host of BETTERISM. His work has been featured with TEDxAsburyPark, Loud Coffee Press, Between Shadows Press, and Two Key Customs, among many others.
