Robert Houben

Raised in the 1960s in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Robert Houben developed a passion for reading, storytelling, and performing music since his school days. From being a teenage leader-in-training for scouting to becoming a scouter and youth group leader in different churches, as well as fulfilling roles as a parent and uncle, he has always cherished the art of crafting and sharing stories, especially for children.

His continued work with children and youth has enabled him to view different experiences from a child’s viewpoint and express them in a way that is engaging and fun for children.

Now, Robert is excited to extend this love of storytelling to a wider audience.
