Daniel Perry's newest book, Modern Folklore (Little Ghosts Books, 2024), is a horror novella. His two previous books, Nobody Looks That Young Here (Guernica, 2018) and Hamburger (Thistledown, 2016), are collections of short stories, and his current project is a hybrid biography-memoir centered around an early 19th-century Irish immigrant to Southwestern Ontario. Daniel's fiction has been short-listed for the Carter V. Cooper Prize, and has appeared in more than 30 publications in Canada, the U.S., the U.K. and the Czech Republic. He lives in Toronto.
