My name is Christopher Moss. I have suffered from anxiety for over 30 years. It began when I lost my brother to cancer when he was a toddler and came to a head when I was a victim of an armed robbery just over four years ago. I want to coach others to smash anxiety, to believe there is life after pain. I want to help you to transform your life with the skills and tools in my books.
