Phillip Baker is a 1990 Rhema Bible Training Center Graduate. After being in full-time ministry for 13 years, Phillip and Laura launched out and birthed Phillip Baker Ministries in 2003. He travels out to over 50 churches a year throughout the world holding Holy Spirit led services and holds seminars that enrich leaders, marriages and those that desire to do the works that Jesus did.
