Robert C. Carroll

Bob Carroll’s background includes an unusually comprehensive career in the leadership field, spanning both the military and civilian sectors:

Student of Leadership:

- West Point BS, Northwestern MA, Auburn MPA, Harvard Business School AMP

- Ranger School, Infantry Officer Courses, Air Force Command and Staff College

- Aspen Institute for Ethics; Center for Creative Leadership

Experience as a Leader:

- Platoon and Company Command in Hawaii and Vietnam; Silver Star; 3 Bronze Stars; Battalion Command in Colorado and Germany; retired as a Colonel

- VP Human Resources, Division President, Goldome Savings Bank; Senior VP, Bank One.

Teacher of Leadership:

- To cadets at West Point and Commanders and Command Sergeants Major across the Army

- To executives and senior management teams in the US, Canada, the UK, Japan, China.

Program Management of Leadership:

- In charge of leadership policy for the US Army, as Chief, Leadership Division, the Pentagon.

- Consulted with corporate leaders the US, Canada, the UK, and Japan on enhancing their

leader development programs.

Bob is still doing some talks and workshops on leadership but spends most of his time bicycling, tap dancing, and ball room dancing, doing a pretty intrepid imitation of Michael Jackson. He lives on Manasota Key, Englewood Florida.
