I'm a scientist and a writer. I have a Ph.D degree in food science and nutrition from the University of Helsinki. I have published over 300 scientific publications in international scientific journals and organiced three international scientific conferences. I was a member of the Scientific committee for Food of the European Union during 2005-2008. I served the FAO European reseach network in the position of a liaison officer during 1984-2002. I have also served WHO and IAEA in many research projects and conferences. I have published 2 scientific books about antioxidants and anticarcinogens and 1 book about life philosophy and spirituality entitled The Essence of Everything I'm writing presently a new book about preventive medicine and anti-ageing.
