Leading creatives is not a new venture for Dr. Andrew Johnston. He has made a life of strengthening leaders and their teams. For many years, Dr. Johnston developed and directed future leaders as Associate Provost & Dean of Students at Belmont University and a faculty member at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He equips and encourages the leaders of today as a sought after speaker, consultant and coach. Leaders in corporate, non-profit, government, and military organizations turn to him to make the most of their people and their opportunities.

Combining degrees in Interpersonal Communication, Counseling, and Leadership with his own experience as a c-suite leader, Dr. Johnston connects personally and powerfully with leaders and team members alike.
