Pastor, writer, wasted evangelism practitioner

I have degrees from Crown College and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and was ordained by the Christian and Missionary Alliance in 1988 and in The Presbyterian Church in America in 2017. I am currently the pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church in The Hill, New Haven, CT.

I was a professor at Prairie Bible College (Three Hills, Alberta) and, as well, an adjunct-instructor at Nyack College. I have written for Servant Magazine, MetroVoice, and The Christian Librarian; you can find my more scholarly essays in the Africans Journal, His Dominion, The Evangelical Journal, and Trinity Journal. I have written a lay-commpentary on Philippians (Destroying Our Private Cities, Building Our Spiritual Life) and a deeply exegetical work, Wasted Evangelism: Social Action and the Church's Take of Evangelism.

I am a church planter in the Hill community of New Haven, CT and an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church in America. I also held ordination in the Christian and Missionary Alliance (1988). Along with pastoring and preaching, I also consult for community-based and faith-based non-profits as well as for churches on program development, strategic planning, and mission statement development.
