Scott Gress lives to see others grow and make a difference for the kingdom of God. After twenty-two years of parish ministry and eight years working with church leaders, he is more convinced than ever that coaching is a powerful way to come alongside others for ministry results. He has a master’s in leadership and is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Scott and his wife Maria have two sons and live in Boynton Beach Florida.
