Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones loves life and food. The author and mother of three lives in London and works full time to look after her family, while writing about the foods we put in our bodies.

Her books, Sous Vide, Daniel Fast, Fat Bombs, Meal Prep, Ketogenic Diet, HCG Diet and Sugar Detox all have health and nutrition at their heart and she makes sure that her family is the first to benefit from her growing expertise.

When she isn’t writing, Michelle can usually be found in one of the parks near her home, spending time with her children and husband, Tom. She also loves going to the movies, catching up with friends and getting away from the city to the beach when the sun shines.
