Marilyn Sherman

Marilyn Sherman is a Hall of Fame keynote speaker, author, and the creator of Front-Row Leadership.

For three decades she has worked with corporations and associations on the problems that never appear on a balance sheet: sales forces that have grown complacent, leadership teams navigating change, and cultures where capable people quietly stopped bringing their best.

Her premise is that the seats people choose determine the culture an organization gets. Talent is rarely the constraint. Engagement is.

Front-Row Leadership is the framework she developed to address it, built on four principles: see the outcome you want, manage energy rather than time, choose your attitude, and meet adversity with tenacity. It gives teams a shared language for ownership, resilience, and service that outlasts a single event.

Marilyn began her career in corporate America, where she learned to reach audiences others had written off. She holds the Certified Speaking Professional designation, and her induction into the Speaker Hall of Fame (CPAE) is a distinction earned by fewer than three percent of professional speakers worldwide.

She is the author of five books: Front-Row Success: How to Live and Lead from the Best Seat in the House, Is There a Hole in Your Bucket List?, Whose Comfort Zone Are You In?, Front-Row Service, and Why Settle for the Balcony?

Known for warmth, humor, and razor-sharp storytelling, Marilyn works with leadership teams, sales organizations, and associations across North America and around the world. She lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
