Adam Russo, LCSW, is a respected therapist, community advocate, business leader, and founder of Edgewood Clinical Services. He is frequently turned to by community leaders to address issues that relate to mental health issues in youth, parenting strategies, and other issues that impede the ability of children to develop in positive ways.
Adam scaled, and eventually sold Edgewood Clinical Services in 2020. After working as a Regional VP for the company that purchased his, he decided to pursue leadership and business coaching. Leadership development is a topic that has resonated with him for a long time, and moving into it formally was a natural step.
Over the past few decades, Adam has presented to thousands of parents, teachers, kids, and school administrators on many mental health topics. Most notably, he was a featured speaker at TEDx Naperville where his topic was: We Must Teach Kids to Fail.
