It is pretty much impossible to describe who I am in a few words, so I will keep writing until I have exposed my soul. I have a load of books and have been featured in Poetry Wales which is a massively big thing for me. I am currently working on two collections.
Learning to Swim is a follow up collection to Fear of Drowning in which I am now finding my place where it comes to my blackness. It is a map of who I could have been and a comparison to who I am now.
I Dreamed of Horses, Flying is a collection that explores grief and trauma through the eyes of mythological women.
I live on a mountain in South Wales with my husband Phil, and our two shedding familiars, Frida and Sylvia.
I'm passionate about equality, a queer, disabled, woman of colour, the only box I don't tick any more is young. That being said, being young was a total ball ache and I am happier now than I have ever been.
AuDHD and a general pain in the arse.
In the event of a zombie apocalypse, I can drive a lorry and shoot a gun. I also knit and crochet so there will be no cold heads
None of my books are about a zombie apocalypse, but if you are looking for honest, confessional type poetry and writing, I am your person.
I am very, very fond of ribs.
