Bill Moore is an American entrepreneur, author, and food service industry expert, best known for founding the Food Truck Training Group LLC. With over 48 years of experience in the food industry, Moore has dedicated his career to coaching and mentoring aspiring and established food truck owners, helping them achieve success and profitability.

Moore's comprehensive training programs are designed to guide individuals through the process of launching and operating a successful food truck business. His offerings include the "Food Truck Training Center," a step-by-step program based on his book "Food Truck 101: Beginner to Winner," which provides extensive resources such as spreadsheets for food cost calculations, business plan financials, contracts, and other job aids.

In addition to his training programs, Moore hosts the "10-Minute Food Truck Training" podcast, where he shares insights and advice on various aspects of the food truck industry. Under Moore's leadership, the NSFVA provides members with valuable resources, including access to industry-specific toolkits, networking opportunities with suppliers, and platforms for exchanging knowledge and best practices. The association aims to empower street food vendors nationwide by promoting high standards of service and safety, and by addressing challenges such as inconsistent regulations across different jurisdictions.

Moore's personal experiences with the complexities of obtaining permits and navigating varying health department regulations inspired him to establish the NSFVA. He recognized the need for a unified voice to advocate for fair and consistent regulations, leading to the creation of the association to address and resolve these issues.
