Jamie Eric Fialkin is a transplanted New Yorker who now calls Arizona home. A former stand-up comedian for ten years he is the winner of numerous local competitions as well as Arizona’s first winner into the Las Vegas Comedy Festival. He is also currently happily married with one girl and one on the way.
After spending eighteen, mostly uneventful years with his girlfriend, he proposed and got married at 45. Jamie had his first child at the age of 47. Using a dry sense of humor, and a unique perspective on story-telling, he documented his experiences in his first published book, No She’s Not My Granddaughter.
He graduated from Northern Arizona with a degree in Actuarial Science, with a double minor in English and History. He currently serves at the whim of a pint sized dictator who calls his house her home. He maintains a professional driving job and keeps a flexible schedule while he provides daycare several days a week.
That experience qualifies him in several fields, including but not limited to, Psychoanalyst, pediatrician, chauffeur, cook, and overnight security.
