Hello, my name is Ralph, but you may know me as "Dad Starting Over" or "DSO". I am a 40-something father of four kids who was married for 15 years, suddenly divorced, and started over fresh with the goal of completely reinventing myself. I began creating online content and books under the name Dad Starting Over and eventually an organization called Help For Men. We also have a private men's support community called the HFM Brotherhood.
