James Schramko is a business mentor based in Noosa, Australia. Since 2008 he has worked with over 3,500 businesses, helping established founders remove unnecessary complexity so their business runs lighter and more profitably.

Before building his mentoring practice, James was a General Manager at Mercedes-Benz. He left to build his own business and has spent the years since developing a model that funds the lifestyle he wants: daily surfing, time with family, and the freedom to work on his own terms.

He is the author of Work Less, Make More and runs Mentor, a capped program for founders who want direct, ongoing strategic input. He is also a partner in five online businesses.
