Kate Margaret Luke is a poet, writer, and filmmaker based in the Midwest. Her work has appeared in The Plum Creek Review, Wilder Voice, The New Croton Review, Illustrations, and The Oberlin Review. She has a degree in Creative Writing, English, and Film from Oberlin College. Her teen romance novel, "Kinda, Sort of" was an Amazon Bestseller after its release on February 14th, 2017. Her debut poetry novel "between lines & pages" came out in March 2019.
Kate has attended book festivals and writing conferences all around the U.S---including speaking on a Writing Panel at the 2017 Tampa Bay Comic Con to share her knowledge and advice when it comes to writing, editing, and publishing a novel. Her unwavering dedication also resulted in a 2017 INDIE Choice Awards nomination for KSO.
Kate enjoys literary-related socks, homemade peanut butter cookies, and dried flowers. When not writing, Kate paints, acts, and collages.
