M.J. Burr

M.J. Burr was born in 1990 in Southern Oregon, where she spent the entirety of her childhood. She grew up wandering her parents’ ten acre property with her faithful animal friends, exploring the woods and pastures. When the weather cooped her up inside, she discovered the great expanses of her own imagination with her favorite books. Writing and publishing fantasy books has been a goal since she was in middle school and she could not be more excited about the publication of her first book, The Windthorn Rose.

The Windthorn Rose is the first book in the Ending Balance Chronicles, and epic fantasy tale of the kind that M.J. has always loved. She is already hard at work on the second book, Steelskin, and hopes you will check back soon to read the next installment of Sylvia Eldritch’s journey through Prium.
