I may be the most unlikely of authors. After a successful career in business, I retired to pursue a life-long ambition to become a fine-art painter. I was fortunate to have galleries in Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico exhibit my watercolor, acrylic and oil paintings, which won numerous awards and recognitions. Hundreds of them are now part of individual and corporate collections.
I spent several years traveling with my wife, author/photographer Martha Marks, in our motorhome, visiting and painting in America’s national parks and other scenic places. Then I decided to put an idea I had to paper. After that, “The Human Ingredient” took on a life of its own.
