Michael is Managing Partner of ICG Integrated Consulting Group GmbH and Founding Partner of Effectuation Intelligence.

How does one become decisively actionable when no one knows where the journey is heading? Michael's search for answers led him from the automotive industry to consulting. He is interested in the challenges of uncertainty, where prediction and planning do not work. In consulting, he encounters this challenge, among others, in change management, when it comes to entrepreneurial culture or intrapreneurship. With Effectuation, the Graz (Austria) native has brought an approach from science into consulting that not only explains entrepreneurial thinking but also makes it teachable. As the author of an award-winning book on Effectuation, he is frequently invited for keynotes or consulting work.
