K.C. Cornwell is the founder of the popular website gfreefoodie.com, a resource for living deliciously gluten-free. She spends her days developing content, products, and menus for businesses looking to serve the gluten and allergen-free community.

K.C. has appeared nationally on PBS and the Food Network, where she led the team that created the world’s largest sweet potato casserole. Her recipes, videos and articles have been featured by Whole Foods Market, PBS, GFF Magazine, BuzzFeed, and a number of other outlets. She lives in Central California with her husband Brian, daughter Samara, and way too many heirloom tomato plants.
