As the Chief Philanthropy Officer at RealActivity, a SaaS startup focused on addressing physician burnout and healthcare compensation equity, Paul Swider is dedicated to positively impacting the industry. With 26 years of experience developing clinical applications for healthcare organizations and 30 years in computer science, he is regarded as a global pioneer in clinical informatics and healthcare cloud engineering. Paul is also a healthcare technology analyst for the Acceleration Economy network and sits on several boards and conference committees.

An accomplished author and international expert in cloud software development, Paul has traveled the world to speak at conferences and launch tech communities, including the now thriving Nairobi User Group. He has received multiple enterprise certifications from Microsoft, including being named Azure MVP in 2019, Azure Most Influential in 2020, and CTO Magazine Fast Risers 2022.

Paul is based in Boston and enjoys sailing with his family and friends in Puerto Rico in his free time.
