Dr Michael Andam

Promoting excellence and raising the standard in leadership and mentoring.

Michael Andam was born in Lambeth, London, and spent his formative years between the United Kingdom and Ghana, where he completed his secondary education. A passionate writer since the age of 19, Michael has devoted much of his life to authoring insightful manuscripts that reflect his deep convictions and leadership philosophy.

At the heart of Michael’s work is a profound commitment to leadership development and mentorship. In 2005, he founded Total Transformation Network (TTN) with the mission of equipping Christian leaders to serve with competence, integrity, and effectiveness. Through TTN, he has organised leadership workshops, seminars, and training programmes for senior ministers and church leadership teams across the UK, helping to elevate standards in ministry and Christian service.

Michael holds a BA and MA in Pastoral Ministry, and earned his PhD in Christian Education from Trinity College in Indiana, USA. His professional journey spans over a decade in retail banking, including roles in management, and he currently serves in a leadership capacity within the UK’s social health care sector.

Beyond his professional achievements, Michael is a devoted family man. He treasures quality time with his wife and children, cherishing holidays, adventures, and the simple joys of storytelling and laughter. His creativity shines through in the imaginative tales and jokes he shares with his children. In his leisure, he enjoys working out at the gym, watching Formula 1 racing, and following professional wrestling.

Michael’s life was forever changed on 27th September 2023, when his beloved daughter, Elianne Princess Andam, was tragically murdered in broad daylight while courageously defending a friend on her way to school. She was just 15 years old. This unimaginable loss continues to shape Michael’s journey, deepening his resolve to live with purpose and honour her memory.
