About the Author:

I grew up in the farming country of Illinois. After a six year enlistment in the Navy I moved to mid Missouri where I lived on a small horse and cattle farm for 25 years. Farm life provided a ready source of inspiration for writing.

A bit older now I enjoy spending time on a new hobby farm, volunteering as a chaplain at a local truck stop and woodworking.
