MEET THE AUTHOR

Melondy Roberson works in the field of Education to support students in Special Education programs in her region. Melondy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She later obtained her Master of Science degree in Educational Technology and School Administration. Melondy grew up in Orange, Texas where she developed a love for writing at an early age. Melondy is the poetic author of Just Simply Me, A Journey Traveled, and The Power of Words: Speaking the Vision. She continues to write inspirational poetry and literature that uplifts the hearts and minds of people in many forms. In children’s literature, Melondy is the author of the Adriann series featuring Adriann Takes a Stand, Adriann’s Choice, and Adriann’s Test Anxiety illustrated by her older sister Dr. Roszella Roberson-Offord. In addition to, Melondy has written, The Case of the Loose Tooth, Daddy's Fishing Buddy, and the Dream Racer coauthored with James Ural.
