Benjamin Durheim

Benjamin Durheim is an assistant professor of theology at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in Minnesota, where he teaches courses in liturgical and sacramental theology, ethics, and rural Christianity. Ben’s publishing has centered on the intersection between ritual and ethics, including his books Each in Our own Language (Fortress Press), and Christ’s Gift, Our Response (Liturgical Press). Ben has also published articles on rural Christianity, liturgical and sacramental practice, social ethics, and ecumenism. He lives in Avon, MN with his spouse and two children. When not teaching or writing, Ben enjoys woodworking, fishing, and good conversation over freshly made lefse.
