Cliff Feightner

Cliff Feightner is a baby boomer who has had a lifelong passion to communicate. After graduating from Highland High School, Medina, Ohio, he attended the prestigious WIXY School of Broadcast Technique. Cliff finally utilized the skills learned at the WIXY School when he became the announcer for the Rittman Indians Marching Band during the 2000 high school football season and has been a threat to public address systems ever since.

In August, 2006, Cliff tried his hand at blogging. His blog, “WIXY’s Gone Bananas”, has been viewed by worldwide audiences. It was while he was an active blogger that Cliff realized he had the ability to make people smile while writing simple poetry.

In recent years, Cliff has picked up the moniker of Poetry Man, which was given to him by hall of fame disc jockey, Jeff Kinzbach when Cliff frequently phoned in his limericks to Jeff’s morning show on WONE-FM.
