Gauri Bhide M.D.

Gauri Bhide is a physician, medical oncologist and author of Diagnosis: Cancer! What Happens Next? She studied at Bombay University, Bombay, India, Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India and did her Medical Oncology and Hematology Fellowship at Boston University in Massachusetts. She has been treating cancer patients for more than 20 years in Boston area hospitals, including Lowell General Hospital, North Shore Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) North Shore, and the Boston Veterans Administration Medical Center.

Besides being involved in clinical trials she is also a scientific advisor for Global-Cures, a non-profit foundation that champions innovative treatments in cancer care. In addition to her patient practice, she has helped many friends and relatives navigate their cancer journey, as their Cancer Treatment Coach. She lives in Massachusetts with her husband and sons.
