Toby D. Smith

Toby D. Smith, a financial consultant and writer, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, and an MBA, both from the University of Maryland. During an eighteen-year Alaska-based career, he led multiple non-profit organizations focused on wilderness preservation, education, and advocacy. He has driven through fifty U.S. states, traveled across five continents, and visited over seventy countries. "The Americas Overland" is his second book, and begins where the adventures in his first book, "Across Eurasia", end.
