Shawn Herbig is the President and Founder of IQS Research, a market research and data analytics firm based in Louisville, KY. Shawn co-authored his first book "Frequency Matters(TM): Be A Contributor, Not an Employee!" with his amazing co-author Kristin Mackey.

Since starting his career in the early 90's Shawn has been a data geek and research wonk. These talents combine naturally with Shawn's sincere interest in seeing companies and leaders succeed.
