Meredith holds degrees in Cellular Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Spanish, and Cardiovascular Technology. She has a background in healthcare, working in the Electrophysiology Department of multiple hospitals. She has also attended The American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine where she first learned about bone broth and herbs as medicine. In her spare time, Meredith enjoys the outdoors, reading, and playing with her dog, Maui.
