When I commit to a niche market... I commit. After we started supporting Zoho, I made a trip to India to work with the Product Managers of the various product lines. I soon became one of only 4 people in the US to hold the Zoho Advanced Solutions Provider status, meaning I have a solid understanding of their entire product line. I am also one of only 80 people in the world to be Zoho ONE certified.

I visit their California headquarters and their Austin offices several times/year and am one of the only consultants invited to speak at their annual Zoholics CRM conferences. I love writing easy to understand software manuals. As a consultant, it helps me to know and understand every dialog box, option, and command in the software.
