Bailey C. Moore

About the Author

Bailey C. Moore is from Houston, Texas. The teen has written several manuscripts. He has

published three, Mr. Archie is Missing, Jerry’s Gang, and Jerry Plays Sports. His most recent

book, Jerry Plays Sports is the third of many where Bailey will show the world how a kid works

hard to accomplish his goals. Bailey’s books have been entered into the Houston Library

(downtown location) catalog for local authors. Bailey has met with Houston’s Mayor Sylvester

Turner and has been interviewed on Houston’s KTRK Channel 13, CW-39 Morning Dose, and

the Isiah Factor on Fox 26 Houston. Bailey was also selected to speak at the Barbara Bush

Tribute at Houston’s City Hall and has introduced former Presidential and Governor Candidate

Beto O’Rourke at two events in Houston, Texas. He also was given a Proclamation from the

Mayor of Houston declaring September 8th “Bailey C. Moore Day! He was also recently awarded

the Certificate of Congressional Recognition for the 18th District of Texas and the 2022 Youth

President Volunteer Service Award. With all of that he has also partnered with one of his

mentors and started a podcast that bridges the gap between youth and adults and highlights youth

and small businesses, Watevaittakes Podcast is an amazing platform for the community to come

together. Recently Bailey has started a teen podcast with fellow youth entrepreneur Jordyn
