Nancy Dorrier is an executive and organizational development consultant, based in Charlotte, NC.
Nancy is the visionary and creative force behind Dorrier Underwood, the transformational
consulting firm she co-founded with Judith Underwood in 1986.
A lifelong student of humanity, Nancy earned a B.A. in psychology from Queens University of Charlotte and a Masters in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has studied the realm of ontology and has worked with thousands of leaders on how to invent and implement bold visions. All of that requires self-awareness and action, which this book encourages.
Nancy has been practicing expressive writing for 35 years and is currently at work on two other books: a business workbook on using writing to discover one’s authentic leadership, and a children’s book on manners and love.
Nancy is a member of the Tiffany Circle, a women’s philanthropy group of the Red Cross, and is a traveler and donor to Global Partners for Development, an organization that focuses on community-driven grassroots development in East Africa.
She is enthusiastic about collecting art, learning from her grandchildren, and having conversations that make a difference.
