Rudolph V. Vanterpool

Rudolph V. Vanterpool is a Caribbean-American, born on the island of St. Kitts, British West Indies in 1943, and is a naturalized citizen of the United States. Dr. Vanterpool's professional title is Professor Emeritus of Philosophy (California State University, Dominguez Hills, Carson, CA.). He was granted the prestigious award of Outstanding Professor at the university in 1999. He has authored peer reviewed journal articles and book chapters. His three published books are: "In Job's Sandals," (Vantage Press, 2010); "Speak My Soul: Poems on Migrations and Returns of a Native Son" (AuthorHouse, 2012), and "Thus Spoke the Preacher: Solomon's Cosmic Gaze from Under the Sun" (Dorrance, 2017). Professor Vanterpool is a resident of the city of Carson, California.
