Duncan P. Pacey is a Scottish-born comedy writer living in Auckland, New Zealand. He has long been a proponent of the intelligently silly, taking great inspiration from the likes of Monty Python, Terry Pratchett, Douglas Adams, and the occasional fart joke.

Duncan began his writing career scribbling short fantasy stories on grotty bits of paper as a young child, around 5 or 6 years old. Later, he would go on to study at the NZ Film and Television school in 2011 after being distracted by the allure of film, only to find his way back to writing in 2014 by joining the marketing world as a copywriter.

He has been a professional writer ever since, publishing content on Amazon, Wattpad, YouTube and TikTok.
