Jacquelyn Heat

Hailing from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Jacquelyn Heat has been involved with roller derby since 2009 in various roles, including skater, official, and bench coach. As an openly transgender skater—a pioneer in more than one league—she has used her visibility to educate and advocate for inclusiveness. Jackie is also an aspiring singer/songwriter and occasional speaker. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. In her free time, she enjoys PC gaming and other geeky pursuits.
