Mind Over Head Chatter: The Psychology of Athletic Success is designed to help youth athletes (we all are athletes playing the Biggest and Most Important Game: LIFE) to overcome the prevalent fear and anxiety that can prevent them from achieving real success (HAPPINESS). A portion of all the proceeds will help raise awareness for domestic violence.

Today’s education system is knowledge based, but that’s not teaching our kids the skills they need to succeed in life. Our kids need “soft skills” like values, independent thinking, teamwork and empathy.

Sports, music, and art are so important in a child’s development of these “soft skills”, and that’s why Greg and I wrote Mind Over Head Chatter: The Psychology of Athletic Success.

We are committed to impacting the next generation through “The 7 Pillars of Youth Athletics” and those pillars include:

· Teamwork

· Respect

· Discipline

· Structure

· Perseverance

· Developing Good Habits

· Goal Setting
