HAI! I'm Vicky and I'm the founder of Vicky's Donuts based in Hackney, East London where we make super tasty handmade donuts, made using the best ingredients.

I setup the business in 2015 on the side of my job with the idea to bring a little bit of the donut magic I'd witnessed over in Canada and the US to London. As friends told their friends who then told their friends all about me, before I knew it, I was a full-time donut maker with clients such as Facebook and ASOS under my belt.

We now have a donut bakery where me and my team can make anything up to 1000 donuts per day, selling online, at markets around London and out on the road at British festivals.

One of my favourite things ever though is teaching people how to do what we do, spreading lots of donut love along the way. I host workshops at our bakery regularly and also have a donut recipe book out called 'DONUTS' which is due for release in March 2018 and contains a huge variety of donut recipes ranging from funfetti cake donuts to vegan Homer Simpson donuts and even an Eggs Benedict donut (yep, ikr).
